As soon as I arrived to I drop off my car, the entire team was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. What stood out most was the personal, one-on-one service. Everyone took the time to explain the repair process, answer my questions, and make sure I knew exactly what to expect. Communication was excellent throughout the repair. I received frequent updates on the status of my vehicle, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The repair was also completed sooner than I expected, which was a wonderful surprise. When I picked up my car, I was honestly amazed. The repairs were top-notch, and my vehicle looked absolutely beautiful. They had cleaned and detailed it so thoroughly that it felt like I was driving home a brand-new car. The entire staff was helpful, attentive, and truly seemed to care about both their work and their customers. I couldn't be happier with my experience and would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing vehicle repairs.
