Excellent customer service! This shop is located on the corner of Pico Boulevard and 28th street in Santa Monica. A very busy street. The shop was packed with vehicles for body repair. That’s a good sign! The gentleman (very tall) who received me as soon as I arrived - made a good impression. Very attentive. Nancy, the front office lady helped me fill out my paperwork. Very nice lady! Mike, who saw my car, explained everything in plain English. Assured me it’ll be a quick replacement of my damaged bumper. They will order the part. That was Wednesday last week. Eventually, the part arrived Friday. Mike called and gave me an appointment to bring in my car the following Tuesday morning. There was a gentleman Sean who helped me get a car rental pickup at time of my car drop off. It was an in-and-out procedure. By mid day, I received a call from Mike that my car was ready. I can’t ask for more! Highly recommended! This shop, its team and their service deserve ten stars!!!!

The experience was uplifting and supportive. All associates were friendly and kind and went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. My car was repaired in 2 days. That is a record for the fastest body work I’ve ever got on a car. Thank you!

I originally went to the 11th st location and they told me die to parts.. I needed to come back the following Tuesday to drop off my car… then I came to the pico and Stewart location and they took my car and in Tuesday of the next week(today) I picked up my finished car… I’m so happy with the speediness of the whole process… would definitely recommend and come here again!!! Hike was fantastic!!!

Everything was perfect! Hayek was responsive and excellent in communicating with me. He was also friendly! The repairs to my car were finished quickly and several days before I expected it to be done. I would definitely recommend Caliber to anyone needing their repair service!
