bonus points for updating me as needed. i’ve dealt with shops where i would find out my car is done after the car rental place would call and say my rental was due 3 days ago….=|. and job well done, the car looks new again, really happy with the results.

i’ve dealt with repair shops who act like they have no idea what’s going on. they have no update. AND some where they haven’t started any repairs. my skepticism was erased as i interacted more with caliber and i was not disappointed
