I have had my car in to repair my AC 5 times it still dose'nt work. The staff always smiles and are very friendly they just don't know anything about car repair. I would never recommend their services

Your office called me several times during the repair process but did not leave messages to inform me of the reason for the call. A missed call from your company with no message is unprofessional and strange. The employees at the front desk were very unprofessional in their dress and manner of speech when I arrived at the Santa Monica location to pick up my car.

My car was hit in an accident. I picked up my car on 10/3/14 and noticed immediately a rumbling noise in the front fender area. Also the car rumbles when placed in reverse and rumbles when brakes applied to stop. This noise was no there prior to repair. I am bringing my car to the dealer where I get my car serviced to see what they think the problem is. I will bring it back to caliber colision after I get a second opinion.

Good customer service and updates. However, on the day I came for my appointment, the front desk was not very helpful. They did not update me to when somebody would be out to come see me. I ended up waiting 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.
