The entire staff at the sauk rapids caliber went above and beyond on what i expected i would bring all my vehicles there for any collision need I would give a 20 star rating

Had to bring my vehicle back since the rim wasn’t right and an error was being thrown. It has been 2 full days and it’s still not complete. They are pleasant but this is frustrating.

The young woman that did the body repair was very good, and I was glad to see that he hires women too. I'm 7 years old but I certainly know what Feminism is and I consider it a good thing that he hires women. Receptionist, what is very good in the kept me informed. Just quite often, so that was good too. Yep thank you caliber collision

Kylie was amazing to work with! She reviewed what would be done and how, as well as communicated with me and provided updates along the way. The lady at the front desk that you first work with however almost made me grab my keys and leave before I even met with Kylie. While filling out my paper work I had asked if I would be contacted with updates along the way, to which she told me "no", even though there is a communication form. Once I was done with my paperwork she asked if my ride was here, told me we were done, and walked in the back. She never asked about damage, never told me she was going to get Kylie to look at the damage with me just said your good to go and walked away. She left me with very little confidence in the shop and ready to take my vehicle and leave. I just stood in the lobby dumbfounded. When Kylie came out I expressed my concerns with the front desk and Kylie was able to reassure me in the repairs. Service repair was great, front desk needs some coaching on Hospitality and checking guests in to ensure the are confident in leaving their vehicles with you.

We were quoted 2-4 weeks by other car repair places, being without a car that you count on is hard! I appreciated all the communication that I received about the progress of my repair work and an added bonus is they completed the job 4 days early!!!! Everyone I met was lovely and made me feel like an important customer! I would definitely go with them for future repairs!
