The communication was great and the repair looks excellent. The one thing was that my steering wheel was extremely dirty when I picked up my car. It would have been even better experience if that had been cleaned off.

Waiting on the front grill licence plate holder. Front grill is slightly miss-aligned, not enough to tear apart to adjust. The staff was great to work with!

Due to the obvious work quality of the front grill when the truck was released, i am disappointed and stressed that there going to make me pay for a vehicle to drive while rework is being done.

The hood and grill are miss aligned. This needs to be addressed. I arranged for and paid for a loaner car for over 2 weeks for the repa I r a mn d expect that caliber will provide a loaner car f e ee of charge because the work performed was unsatisfactory.
