This was our first time at Caliber, Kylie was amazing and communicated quickly and easily. We knew what was happening the entire time and the team that we met was awesome! All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and they even provided me a ride to work when I dropped my car off. Kylie did a great job of keeping me updated on the progress of my repair and informed of what was being done. I would highly recommend.

Everyone is warm friendly nad exudes competence. I had a longish conversation wither estimator -- Kyle -- and I was also impressed with him as well as the guy (can't recall name) who handled my intake when dropping off in St. Louis Park. The counter staff is very nice. I was kept updated in a timely manner. Much appreciation Caliber!
