They replaced a electric motor on the front grill assembly, and it didn't work when I picked my truck up, engine light came on, they ordered a replacement one right away, and replaced it the following week

Everyone was absolutely wonderful! Nice, welcoming employees and environment. Justin was amazing and explained everything to me in terms that I could understand and responded promptly to my calls. Had an amazing experience at Caliber Collision in Sauk Rapids MN! Called in and Katherine was super helpful with sending all my pre-appt paperwork. Was a quick and easy process to get infor my repair. Justin greeted me as I came in for my appointment and explained the process; he also texted me updates so I knew where they were in the process of my repairs. Repairs were quick and they even cleaned my car before my pickup! Highly recommend!
