We picked the car up, and then needed to bring it right back because it overheated due to not enough coolant added to the new radiator that was installed. Also missing clips in the new bumper. Got it back, and then found power steering is making noise. Power steering hose was replaced, so it's going back again to have that warranty repaired next week. Not at all pleased with the interaction from the estimator, and completely dissatisfied with the quality of the repairs. The insurance company will be hearing from me.

HAD TO BRING BACK SAME DAY DUE TO NO COOLANT IN NEW RADIATOR. CAR ENGINE TEMP REACHED 285 DEGREES. ALSO, TRANSMISSION NOW MAKES HUMMING NOISE AND POWER STEERING MAKES NOISE WHEN TURNING. NEITHER OF THESE PROBLEMS EXISTED PRIOR TO REPAIR

We ran over a deer that was hit in front of us, severely damaging the underside of our vehicle. The Caliber Collision in Sauk Rapids MN put in used damaged parts which caused me to break down on my way back to NC. They didn’t repair everything. I lost nearly two weeks of wages, was put in danger, and extremely inconvenienced. The used damaged parts were critical and potentially dangerous parts, including a gas tank and fuel pump / filter. They didn’t repair the broken seal in the floor and left deer pieces all over the bottom of my car. The Caliber in South Bend was extraordinary and got me fixed right. Sauk Rapids has not responded to my email of complaint. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and changing my google review for Saul Rapids.
