I brought my car in to get the front bumper replaced. I was originally told that it would take 3-4 days to be completed but I had my car back in 2 days, they definitely kept their promise and exceeded my expectations! Justin did a great job on my bumper and the paint job was perfect and so shiny! I was very satisfied with the results but it got even better when I hopped in my car and noticed that all my mats were cleaned up and the seats were vacuumed! Even the dashboard was cleaned! They had also washed the exterior and I believe they even detailed my tires. I’m so happy with the customer service and all the work Justin did to make my car beautiful again. I also appreciated Chris’s customer service as well, everyone there is very nice. I would definitely recommend caliber collision to anybody that needs their car fixed! Thank you!!

Check in smooth, people very friendly, car even cleaned and vacuumed, rental easy, did not realize my trunk lid had to be replaced too so i lost a bunch of sticks, there is a rubbing sound under my car, my rear camera no longer works.

Caliber not only does great work, they have amazing customer service! Justin kept great communication open through the whole process providing updates and keeping me in the loop with what was going on. The manager of the Sauk Rapids location also went above and beyond to help me when my rental got a flat tire! Caliber provided exceptional service both times I have needed them and I would highly recommend them to everyone I know!

Remote start stopped working after my wife's accident, we pointed that out but they refused to fix it. They wanted us to take the vehicle to the original business that put it in and have THEM confirm it's not working after the accident... very helpful...
