Remote start stopped working after my wife's accident, we pointed that out but they refused to fix it. They wanted us to take the vehicle to the original business that put it in and have THEM confirm it's not working after the accident... very helpful...

Saw amazing reviews online about this shop, so I decided to entrust them with repairs on my Edge, which has the pearl white paint, clear coat and is a 3 part process. I am so impressed, looks like a brand new vehicle. The parts all align perfectly (had work done elsewhere a few years back and that wasn’t the case, had to take it back cause corners would pop out) , they found some damage behind the bumper I hadn’t expected. Justin kept me updated via text every step of the way, left a voicemail when it was ready, walked me through the repairs on paper and around my vehicle which he had inside, all cleaned and shiny inside and out, in a warm bay (10 degrees outside). It’s evident that Justin and his entire team take pride in their workmanship and truly appreciate the opportunity to serve you. They will be my go to shop for all my family’s vehicles and will definitely feel confident in sending them referrals. So glad I chose this Caliber Collision in my city of Sauk Rapids. Thanks to every one of you!

The team is so nice and helpful, they are easy to schedule and understand if we have to reschedule! They explain all about the damage and repairs. When it is done it is so great and clean. I give them a 10 awesome !!! We will tell friends and family to go there😊 well done!!!
