They fixed my vehicle in a timely manner. It was finished before the estimated date I originally got from them. They also heard a noise from my vehicle and checked on it and they gave me a heads up on the two issues so I could get them taken care of.

Picked up repaired vehicle yesterday and my vehicle was never serviced for one of the accident issues that I pointed out when I dropped off vehicle. After speaking with caliber repair yesterday they apologized and set up an alignment appointment which hopefully will finally fix my vehicle. Once all repairs are complete and my vehicle is back to the way it was before the accident then I will be completely satisfied. I should not have to bring it back for an unaddressed issue that should have been fixed when they had the vehicle for a month the first time.

Vehicle is still not ready today is 10/30/2025. My vehicle was brought in on September 25, 2025. Picked up vehicle on October 23, 2025. Was told it was totally repaired only to find out when I drove it it still had problems that I told them about before repairs started. Brought vehicle back next morning 10-24,25 to Ham lake shop and found needed wheel bearing. So have yet again been waiting for repairs. Just want my vehicle back to the same it was before accident.
