Scott was amazing! Always kept us informed through the whole process! I really appreciated the weekly updates. When my vehicle was ready they shipped to Oswego. I live closer to that shop. There were a few small things that needed attention. I really didn’t like the way I was treated in Oswego so Scott arranged for me to come to the Schamburg store to have them fixed! I would drive all the way there again! They were so professional. It was a great experience dealing with Scott at the Schamburg shop!!!

Their customer service is excellent. They keep you updated daily on the progress of your repair. Selena is incredibly knowledgeable and courteous and polite.
