I can’t say enough good things about Chris Surratt. It was really difficult to get the insurance company to complete each of their steps to approve the repair to my vehicle, and Chris was tireless in contacting and working with the insurance company each time their process stalled. The repair looks great, too!

From the moment I walked in, I had an excellent experience. The receptionist was wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and very efficient. Jesse, my service advisor, was fantastic and went above and beyond to help me throughout the entire repair process. Every person I encountered was professional and genuinely helpful. My car was beautifully repaired and returned to me on time. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. We took our car to Caliber Collision after our car was hit by someone else, they repaired it way quicker than we were thinking and brought it back looking exactly how it used to!
