I am so impressed by the professional and personable team who I met and worked with on my car repairs from the get go and now several weeks later. Chris Surratt was exceptional in walking me through their process and keeping me informed of the status of my repairs on a regular basis too!! My car was broken into and the damage was extensive and I was devastated by it all. Yet I was fortunate that my car insurance agent recommended working with them. Chris is very knowledgeable about the mechanical repairs needed to fix my car and he took the time to listen and made me feel more at ease in the short term. The repair was phenomenal in that it didn’t look like it did when we first towed my car in with the repair work done it looked like a brand new car!🚗 My kudos to the Caliber Collision team who met if not exceeded my expectations!! Quality workmanship and excellent customer service!!

Excellent service and updates from the team, especially Christopher Surratt who is very knowledgeable about the repairs needed for my vehicle which was vandalized (rather traumatic for me). I knew I was going to be well taken cared of by him and his team during the entire process of working with the Progressive Car Insurance team as well.

When I first showed up to Caliber I was greeted at my car by Chris. He was very nice, and I felt welcomed. Then I met the two ladies inside the office, they were also friendly and helped me get started with the repairs for my car. Then I met Ramon, he was also friendly and explained everything to me about the repairs and kept in contact with me daily regarding estimates and time the vehicle would by finished. I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone that needs bodywork done on the vehicle.

I am happy with the repairs that were done but not happy with the communication or lack there of.

There was not great communication during the repair process. We were told it should be around $2,400 for the repairs and it wound up being over $6,000 and we were not told anything until after the repairs were completed and they were waiting for approval from the insurance company.

Car is good check in good. However paperwork was not together at the end and they had the car for a week without doing anything. Including ordering parts. I understand it wax a staff issue and aside from that all good.
