I am happy with the repairs that were done but not happy with the communication or lack there of.

There was not great communication during the repair process. We were told it should be around $2,400 for the repairs and it wound up being over $6,000 and we were not told anything until after the repairs were completed and they were waiting for approval from the insurance company.

Car is good check in good. However paperwork was not together at the end and they had the car for a week without doing anything. Including ordering parts. I understand it wax a staff issue and aside from that all good.

Communication was horrible and when I did talk to my technician, he went out if his way to let me know I was bothering him by asking for updates. Not checking what was on the vehicle before ordering, and having to order all parts, even ones that could be picked up at AutoZone, made what should have been a few days, a few weeks where I was without my vehicle.

This was my second experience with Caliber Collision and I have to say that you do not disappoint! I was extremely pleased once again on the service that you provided on our Porsche. When we dropped off the car, Manuel greeted us and was more than helpful answering all of our questions and explaining the entire process. He really put us at ease. I am following up to my repairs. The body shop did a great job and provided excellent service however I have some concerns with the quality of the windshield. The rubber stripping around the windshield is peeling and cracked, the windshield has no protective tint and gets very hot and there is already one very small chip on the drivers side. I’m shocked that the windshield is already damaged. In addition, the headlights were never replaced and they still have damage from the gravel spray. Can you please advise? I look forward to hearing from you.
