If my insurance company did not refer me to the shop, I would probably try a different shop because the lack of communication about pick-up date changes annoyed me. However, the quality of work is excellent, and for that reason I would recommend the shop.

the work was well done but whoever washed the car scratched the paint on the roof of my car. Not part of the repair. they offered to have me bring the vehicle back to have the roof buffed out.
