The attention to detail and thorough completion of my car repair was great. It was completed a week sooner than expected. Manuel did a great job of communicating and keeping me updated on progress and completion. And the team was great with helping ensure I go into a rental and rental return and made the whole situation as seamless as possible. Whole experience was bad. No communication, they tried to give my car back to me still broken on the bottom, front desk people were rude over the phone. Ramon ignored me for days not wanting to tell me what was wrong with my car. I had to call every other day to make sure everything was going as promised. Beyond stressful.
