This repair took an excessive amount of time. All of the representatives are polite and have great customer service. However, there were several times that I called and expected a follow up and did not get one. My car took an entire month to get fixed when I was first told it would only be 2 weeks. Getting more accurate duration times would be an area where your shop can definitely improve. I picked up my car today and did a quick inspection so I can’t rate the quality of the actual work that was done.

Very fast and great people. The shop really did good fixing the car dents and matching color of my cars I highly recommend this shop. Look for Ceasar. He help me from the start to the end. Always gives me update for my car.
