Repairs were completed nicely and can’t tell that there was hail damage. Would have liked to receive daily updates on vehicle status during the time it was in their shop.

Need my replaced driver side door power lock button working. It doesn't work now and did work before repairs.

My car looks great but just needs to go back for re-work on my door lock button. Also thought my car would have been vacuumed out since my window broke during accident. I vacuumed it before I took it to the shop but still finding pieces of glass. Also repair took a month to complete and I waited a month to get my appointment. So I was without my car for 2 months total. Had a rental car for 25 days. So it was a lengthy process. Just glad to have my car back now.

Great job to all who contributed to getting my vehicle repaired ! My experience from the day I dropped my vehicle off to the day I picked it up was great. The body work and paint job was phenomenal. Although I didn’t bring my vehicle to you to be detailed, I wish the interior was much cleaner than it was. Other than that , great job team. I will definitely recommend Caliber Collision.

There are still a couple of large, obvious scratches on the front and rear passenger side doors. Vehicle was not detailed. There are still white marks all over the inside from the painting process. We were disappointed.

I don’t understand why we couldn’t have used our vehicle. It was completely drivable and brought it back when the parts were delivered. That does not make sense to me, but the people working there were very friendly.
