I loved my experience with Caliber! Only thing I would recommend is having a drop box for after hours drop offs for people that work during the week. Maybe this would be an opportunity to also go virtual with paperwork?

The driver seat adjustment lever was on when we brought car in. It was missing after we picked up. We called and they said it wasn't them. Dent repair seems fine.
