I don’t understand why we couldn’t have used our vehicle. It was completely drivable and brought it back when the parts were delivered. That does not make sense to me, but the people working there were very friendly.

All interactions with the staff was exceptional however I was the one that had to make contact, no one ever provided me an update on what repairs were needed, no one reached out about the 1 tire needing to be replaced to see if I would like to have at least 1 more or all others replaced, since replacing 1 is not recommended, the only way I know what work was done is by the receipt even on pick up nothing was reviewed. Caliber agreed to pay for the extension of the rental car and yet I was charged for it and waiting on a reimbursement check that I doubt I will see. I was pleasantly surprised to find a box of broken car parts in my trunk after signing I did not want my parts but I apparently need to dispose of them and will provide the dump fee to caliber for reimbursement.
