Professionalism was there. Eagerness to do right by the customer was excellent. The miss shows lack of systems in quality checks. Lots of “trust” in the technician.

Repair is good. No leaks. In reprogramming the logic for sunroof, one of the modes was not programmed requiring rework and an additional 24hrs. Recommend use of a checklist to confirm all checks are checked.

Service was good. Delays in repair were with insurance and not CC. Follow up was good. Acceptance of a mistake was professional and work was prioritized.

My biggest issue with Caliber was timing and communication. I don't know why it took two weeks to fix a rear bumper. Four days after I dropped my vehicle off I asked for an update and they told me that it was "in painting" and should be done in 1-2 days. That was a Thursday. I called next Tuesday and the person told me it still had not been painted yet but was about to be. I did not get it until 10 business days after I dropped it off. I took my car into Caliber 3 weeks before and they took pictures and told me I would need a new bumper. Why not order it then? What's the point of having an appointment if it's just going to sit and wait for parts? Why would I even drop my car off then? Two weeks to fix a bumper is excessive. I could not, in good faith, recommend Caliber Collision to anyone.

Really impressed with the paint work on my car---great attention to detail and a clean professional finish. You can tell pride was taken in the work. Definitely appreciate the quality that was put in to it. Above and beyond!
