The amount of communication that was received from the company was almost nonexistent. I had to keep calling them to get answers on how my car repair was going what was happening when they expected time for it to be done was and then it wasn’t done within the time it was a week and a day later.

Since this is my first time working with Caliber and it took over two months for my car to get fixed due to Progressive's standards, I have a hard time saying that I had a well rounded experience. With that being said, I would say I had a pretty negative experience for this all. However, the only thing that I would say is that Caliber needs to improve their communications. I would recommend Caliber once the communication improves more.

In the beginning, I didn't hear a whole ton from anyone unless it was a call telling me that they were pushing my finalized date. Jake was more helpful with answering questions as we progressed throughout the rest of the process.

Everything was great on my repair and the detailing on the whole car went above what I'd hoped for. The mileage and cruising range on my hybrid display was a bit off but seems to be slowly adjusting. Thank you Caliber Collison for the beautiful work!

Time is the biggest factor

Push clip found in cup holder. 2 pieces of rubber used for spacers left by rear window. Overall bodywork is adequate. Gaps between trunk are not equal. Dropped off car 1/5/26 told 5-10 business days for completion. 3 weeks later a text message stated completion date of 2/18/26. Many phone calls later with help from Jake car was done on 2/3/26.
