The issue with the warning message “keyless entry malfunction" was not resolved. I had never seen this warning before, and I need it resolved. The manager was attempting to address the problem, but I left dissatisfied because it was not fixed. I drove approximately two hours to pick up my car and had to return the next day, but the issue remained unresolved. I am currently consulting with my insurance because they are paying for it and they even said this is not acceptable.

Caliber did an excellent job ensuring I left completely satisfied. When I picked up my car, I noticed an issue and returned it. After a few hours of inspection, they couldn’t identify the problem, but the next day they asked me to bring it back for a deeper assessment. I left the car with them for the day, and by the time I collected it, everything was repaired perfectly. Their customer service was outstanding throughout the process. They were patient, communicative, and genuinely dedicated to resolving the issue. I highly recommend Caliber to friends and family, and I will continue to choose them in the future. Thanks to Caliber for going the extra mile!
