Getting in an accident with our car was a devastating experience. But Caliber Collision made the repair process very stress free. We were constantly kept up-to-date on each step from the day that we dropped our car off. They were professional and efficient. We received our car back in a timely manner and we are very satisfied with how great it looks.

Having to bring my car back for you because you failed to put a finishing piece on after I specifically informed the technician that it was in the trunk of my car upon drop off is disappointing. We all have busy schedules. I understand insurance paid for this but I had nothing to do with this accident. This has been an inconvenience to me since September 4th. Upon pick up instead of just signing documents for your payments from insurance maybe what was actually done for repairs should have been discussed and this could have been avoided. In addition how do I know the “bra” from under the car that was damaged that I put in my trunk will actually still work for my car and still be properly attached in the 1/2 hour to hour that you said it will take to fix it? That should be a new piece ordered to be fixed with the rest of the vehicle that was fixed per the accident

The team at sheboygan caliber are by far a rare breed to come across! They a honest, polite, and all around great people. From the tech who was so honest and pointed out an issue instead of covering it up like one of the other caliber places did (fon du lac or Oshkosh) to Michael who was just an amazing person to work with! So thank you for that!

Michael was wonderful to work with. Very personable & he consistently updated me on the status of the repairs. Mar car looks amazing! You cannot even tell that anything happened. I would not think twice to refer you to friends and family or to use you in the future!

I was very happy with my service until about a week after I got my vehicle back. My rear bumper was replaced due to a collision. About a week after picking up my vehicle I started getting various sensor notifications stating that they need service. I called Dean the manager and got absolutely no where. He wouldn’t allow me to bring it back to even look at without contacting the insurance company to see why was going to pay for the re-evaluation! The lack of taking responsibility that my vehicle was not repaired in full & I have to run around to get it taken care of is ridiculous & I would not recommend your services. I will also be advising insurance of this since they recommended you
