His years of experience are apparent in his interactions with me as he kept me up to date consistently, I never felt like I needed to follow up and was detailed in his communication. I was very happy with the results especially the look and cleaning of the car, I did have to call several times to get to talk to someone, and was told I would get a call back and didn’t, but overall the repair has been great!
