Everyone I encountered was amazing and made the process of getting my jeep repaired a breeze. Really appreciated having my car cleaned inside and out prior to picking up too. Such a nice touch! Arrangements with Enterprise were taken care of for me and my repairs were done quicker than expected. I didn’t catch anyone’s name but the girl behind the counter was super nice! Thank you!

I really appreciate the expediency, the constant communication, as well as finding and fixing additional damage after the initial inspection. Caliber in Shepherdsville made me feel worry free and returned my car looking brand new. They even cleaned the exterior and interior!
