It took so long, but I think it was sorta out of their hands, like in this day and problems with how our world is now, like sick employees, difficulty with availability and shipping of parts and the ice storm. The work on my car is excellent so far. I appreciate that they washed it and the interior wasn't all grubby in my seat. Thank you for your kind employees too.

Knowing that there were times that I had questions, Dennis and his employees were always professional and let me know if delays of completion were possible but assured me that the work would be done as soon as all the parts were delivered. It looks great and I believe they kept their word “ the promise that it will be done right”

The truck is still not repaired have asked multiple times to get rescheduled the truck shakes and still have a deep scratch in paint that wasn’t repaired

All the repairs seem to be done great. Customer service was good. They were very responsive when I called and answered my questions. It did take a little longer than expected. Causing me to have my rental longer. I know weather was a factor but that was only a couple days. Overall it was good but not 5 stars.
