I asked to have brakes checked out related to slamming them hard to prevent hitting the deer. They made a grinding loud noise and they were making noises when backing out of driveway and while driving to Caliber. I was told they were checked, the car was driven and there was no noise. When I picked up my car, the squeaking and grinding noise was there when I backed up, braked at signs... I was so frustrated, because I was without my car for 3 weeks, it was after 5 pm.I just went on. Also, there is some kind of film over my passenger and front window,similar to spray paint mist. At first I thought it was from the air fresher stuff they wiped the inside of my car down with, since that was smeared in multi areas of the dash board.... I have washed my car 3 times, wondered multi times and used goo gone the other night on the windows. I've used different clothes, paper towels.... It's still there, very Frustrating! Also, took longer than what I was told. The people were nice but, the other stuff is ridiculous.

Dennis was very friendly and displayed great customer service throughout the whole process keeping me updated with the repairs and date of completion. There were a few things we noticed initially but he was quick to set up a time and a date to get those things taken care of. I would definitely recommend caliber collision to people after my experience

We can not say enough good things about the people and the service we received from Caliber Collision in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. Our son hit a deer outside of Shepherdsville, Kentucky (we live in Nashville). They patiently worked to get his car towed, worked the adjuster, and worked to get the car repaired in top condition. Thank you for giving us peace of mind in a horrible situation.
