Ok so I thought I'd be fair, give it a few days, drive it, I was excited, happy to have my car back and had hoped for the best, I appreciate the fact that they all wanted me happy and satisfied with the results but unfortunately I'm not, it was perfect before, ran great, no problems, now its giving me problems, it doesn't run right, it sounds bad, the car was treated bad I'm sure, they told me the didn't know the history of the car or anything so they didn't know how it was or anything before, well yeah and I do and that doesn't mean you treat the car like trash, my driver mirror is messed up, the little speaker on that side is messed up, I'm missing a pice in that sides door, keep having low tire pressure issues, things was done and messed with, with and in that car that shouldn't have been, while fixing it, including my air, it makes a noise now and is just as noisy as the car itself, the car doesn't sound good and I know how that car should be, its new/er, shouldn't have any problems, it was well taken care of and looks it, I've had older models and even they didn't have these problems or sounds and it shouldn't yet anyways, even if this is how these cars are, I am actually scared of driving my car and not just because of bad drivers who can't drive, my mirrors were messed with my seat was messed with, you're not the driver of the car don't mess with anything in it or the setting

I dropped my car off on 12/18. I was told it should be complete by 12/31. After waiting over a month a 3 different estimates, the car with minor damage was considered totaled. Between caliber and my insurance company the experience was a nightmare. I will never return to caliber and I will tell everyone I know, post on social media and leave reviews every I can to make sure everyone knows. Terrible experience.

Absolutely amazing and phenomenal service. The communication was top-notch. They explained the process to me and it went just as expected. They called and kept me updated every step of the way.
