Didn’t plan on Escape determined to be “totaled”, just bad timing. I’d hoped for it to be repaired. I have no issue w/ Caliber Collision since no chance to do repairs. So no need to call me to discuss, I’m moving on & already purchased another vehicle

Steve and Janna were an absolute pleasure to work with! Highly recommend: friendly & helpful staff that provided consistent & prompt communication. Repair work was solid and they left my Subaru's-- interior & exterior-- better than I brought it to them besides the wreck damage that it was in for; Steve provided helpful feedback on how to maintain my vehicle's interior & exterior. They didn't yuck up my steering wheel cover either which is a pet peeve! It was apparent that they strive for satisfied customers. Coordination with Enterprise Rental Car through Caliber was very helpful. What could have been much more stressful was not. This is one time that I do not regret dealing with a national chain; the service was as good or (probably) better than what I'd expect from a local mom & pop shop.

Janna went above and beyond. There were some issues locating my vehicle, and she used all of her resources to find it, and ensure that it got to caliber collision I would still probably have no idea where my vehicle was taken. If not for her she also kept me updated and the guy, I think his name was Steve, who worked on the vehicle kept me updated the entire time. They deserve raises.
