Put used step pad on rear bumper that is beat up. (Mine was perfect) Left nuts loose on right side that holds bumper to frame. Oversprayed paint on exhaust pipe. Exhaust outlets installed wrong.

The staff at CC was awesome. Even with a mixup with the insurance the lady at the front desk was able to get me scheduled and taken care of quickly. Chad was extremely funny/charming and put me at ease. Thank you guys for such great service.

proactively helpful throughout the entire process…from the very beginning (by patiently walking me through the directions to their shop when my GPS kept rerouting me to the wrong location) to the very end (by offering advice on removing additional-day charges from the car rental place) …authentically kind people…love the text updates the company sends concerning the repair status on your car

Paint job was fine but when I picked up my car my battery was dead. Drove straight to auto zone to realize they left the button for my lights on and not the one that activates when the the door opens so I’m left paying 130 for a battery that would’ve been fine if the technician turned my light off.

Athough it seemed like a lengthy process time, especially owards the end due to unpromising dates, and lack of communication some days. But picking up my vehicles today!!!! When I seen Pamela Drive up in my vehicle and I inspected it, I was overly excited, No dents, broken bumper, nor lift gate??? Almost like a home makeover!!!!! Everything else that I previous felt went out the window, I was soooo blessed, thankful and excited to finally get my baby (the car) back, we been through so much, then they cleaned it and debriefme on the activities that took place. Thanks Again Caliber Collision (Shreveport) 😘😘😘😘😘
