Chad was great at giving updates the moment he himself found out about them. He was respectful and honest on the phone and full of jokes which made me comfortable to talk with him. The woman at the front desk was also polite to talk to and even joked around. We met on technician, Kenny, and he TOO was polite and joked around. Should our newly licensed 16 year old son get into an accident, we’d gladly bring our vehicle and our son’s checking account to this Caliber Collision location. 😊🤘🏼🤘🏼🤜🏼🤛🏼

Had to wait 1-2 extra days for my car to be finished due to the PDR tech not showing up when I was originally told the tech would start working on my vehicle. Caliber employees provided updates but they couldn't say for certain when the tech would arrive so it made the situation slightly frustrating.

Pamela was very knowledgeable and seemed to really understand what it would take to repair my vehicle. I think I know more now about the body of my vehicle than I’ll ever need to. There were parts delayed but I was kept in the loop every step of the way. I was nervous because I was not at fault in the accident, however, the claim was being handled by my insurance company. I had never seen it done this way before and it was very new to me. I had lots of questions and concerns. Pamela explain the process which really helped ease the anxiety of it all. I would highly recommend Caliber in Shreveport to anyone needing auto body repair
