My steering wheel is a little scratched up but I don’t care as much. The only annoying part was that I didn’t get my car until a week after the estimate out date because two parts were order around the estimated time.

Chad Thompson was excellent with communication from start to completion of the repair of my truck. He was very kind and helped me understand the process of my repair. When he found further damage than I initially reported he was able to contact my insurance company and make the repairs. Caliber collision performed better than my expectations. Will highly recommend others in the future.

Bumper and quarter panels should have been blended due to the type of paint color . Please reply with a new date as to when this can be fixed
