I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision, and I especially want to recognize Matt for the outstanding service he provided. Having my Volkswagen damaged was a stressful situation, but Matt made the entire repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible. He was incredibly attentive, personable, and compassionate from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the repair process, was always responsive to my questions, and made me feel supported every step of the way. One thing I really appreciated was how seamless everything was. Returning my rental car was effortless! I was able to simply leave it at the shop instead of making an extra trip. When I picked up my vehicle, there was also a nice play area where my daughter could keep herself entertained while I completed the paperwork, which made a big difference. The level of customer service I received truly exceeded my expectations. I hope I never need collision repairs again, but if I do, I will absolutely return to this Caliber Collision location. Matt made a difficult experience so much easier, and I'm incredibly grateful for his professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Thank you, Matt, for taking such great care of both me and my vehicle!

Jimmy Williams did an amazing job on my hood and grill. I appreciate how great my car looks. Matt was great. He went out of his way to get me to the car rental facility and to return the rental as well. I felt well taken care of!
