Everything went well and was completed in a timely fashion. The team was courteous and kept me apprised of the process along the way. I have had previous dealings with a Mr. Fontaine and he has always done me right. I’m not sure if these folks were trained by him, but it sure seemed that way. My experience with Cailber was with Meagan. I can’t say enough about how professional, polite and efficient she was. Lots of shops can do good bodywork but how the customer is treated is so important. Also the quality of the facility, the cleanliness were a added bonus.

Very convenient process! I was able to get my van in quickly for repairs. Harrison was the first person I met and he was so welcoming. Meagan kept me informed and explained everything. I even met with a tech, Andy if I remember correctly, and he was also very informative about repairs. Great shop!
