My car went into the shop around September of 2023. I didn’t get my car back till the end of January. As soon as I picked my car up I noticed the running paint over spray on my lights and back seats. I ask them did they paint the car while still attached and windows down. They schedule for me to bring my car back which was 2 months later. After have my car again for 6 months it was not complete. They repaired dent and lifted the muffler but the seats still had paint. I picked up my car and was told that I needed to bring it back in once the material came in to replace the seats. That never happened so I ended up having the repairs done myself two months later. Now that it’s done they told me instead of emailing the receipt I need to bring the car in. I’m completely over Caliber, really nice shops but offer work and horrible management

The entire staff were very helpful from start to finish. Someone reached out to me every week to give me an update on the progress of my car. Meghan was the person I spoke with when I first walked in she is the sweetest she made this a breeze she was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. My car looked just like it did when I drove it off the lot. Actually the new paint job made it look even better. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision!

I worked mostly with Megan and Ashley, but the entire staff was amazing! Someone attempted to steal my vehicle , and I was referred to them through Progressive. Ashley worked super hard to get me in as soon as possible ( even being at 165% capacity ). Megan was over my claim and worked her magic (because she’s the best )! My car was done TWO DAYS before the estimated time given. My car came back better than it was BEFORE the attempted carjacking! They have truly set the bar high; I will refer everyone I know!

Everything! They did a great job! The manager Chad and Megan went behind the scenes to accommodate me with rental car mishaps, keeping me updated on my car, via text and phone and speaking to the insurance company! It’s a blessing when they spend their time making things right for their customers. I highly highly highly recommend them!!! Ashley was also awesome and explained the process about my deductible. My tire was on flat and two gentleman helped me with that as well as transferring items from my rental car to my original car. I hope Progressive and Caliber Collision stay as partners.

I am satisfied with storm repair but have found multiple scratches to the steering wheel and interior leather. The front passenger door I noticed does not open and close like the other doors do. I have already contacted the store and they said they will be looking into what they need to do to fix said issues. 07/17/24
