The customer service is great! The repairs are sooo... good. I've had people who saw what it looked like before the work talks about how nice it looks, and if you didn't know it had been damaged you wouldn't know! This is the second vehicle I've taken there. Súper dissatisfied because fender keep coming off and they also spray paint part of my front crome bumper and couldn’t calibrated my front cam sensor light always on

I was told my car was done came to pick it up the bumper was not on properly and there was still paint missing. So left my car there to be fixed again. Once that was corrected I picked my car up drove away and now the blind spot indicators are on and my car is throwing codes that they are not working.

I picked up my vehicle after the repair, but unfortunately I am not satisfied with the quality of the work. After inspecting the repaired side of the vehicle and comparing it with the undamaged side, I noticed several issues: 1. The headlight is not properly aligned. There is a noticeable and uneven gap between the headlight and the surrounding body panels. 2. The gaps around the headlight, front fender, and hood are uneven. The panels do not line up properly, especially when compared with the opposite side of the vehicle. 3. The plastic/rubber trim around the front wheel area is not installed correctly. On the undamaged side, this piece sits properly over the adjoining section, but on the repaired side it does not line up or fit into place correctly. 4. There is a large open gap behind the repaired-side fender when the front door is opened. On the opposite side, this area is properly covered/closed with the appropriate plastic trim or panel. On the repaired side, the area has been left noticeably open. 5. The front bumper is also not properly secured or seated. There is a visible gap, and when I push the bumper inward from underneath, it moves back into the position where it should normally sit. Once released, however, it does not remain properly fitted.
