I was told at drop off my car would be ready in a week and it took a month. I had to call and talk to someone for an explanation as to why this was happening as no one called me to tell me why. It was difficult to arrange rides to work and I had to arrange for a loaner which I didn’t want to do after being initially told it would take a week.

Caliber was very unorganized. They took the car initially and estimated 5 days. 30 minutes before my scheduled pick-up time, I call to check in and they said they forgot to order a part and to give it two days. The following promised day of pick up, I call for an update and they said they realized they ordered the wrong bumper and need a new one. That delayed the process more days. I felt myself having to call for updates more than they originally provided. The process was messy and took much longer than it should have. It was very disappointing but overall a clean fix when the car was returned! They returned the rental car for us upon completion as well, which was kind.
