Unfortunately, this was not my first repair at this Caliber Collision location. They have repaired my vehicles before and have always done a great job. Although my car was technically still driving, Killian took my safety into consideration above everything else, and on the day of my estimate, he suggested I either leave my car (which I couldn't do) or drop it off the very next day, which I did. He rearranged their schedule to get my disassembly and repairs started right away and took care of notifying my insurance company. He kept both my claims asjuster and me well informed during the whole process, and explained any complications or delays in getting parts that occurred. Eventually, the repairs were completed a couple days sooner than expected, which made the pick up so much more convenient for me. As usual, they did a fantastic job on the repairs and my car looks (and drives) as good as new. Hopefully, my bad luck will not continue, but if I get hit by another careless driver in the future, the Sicklerville Caliber Collision is my go to place. I hope they always remain a direct pay facility for NJM insurance and maintain their relationship with Enterprise because that makes the whole process so convenient for me.
