My cars front passenger side door had to be fully replaced and was unusable so I came to Caliber collision in Skokie. I was helped by Jordan and he was very professional and made me feel at ease leaving my car in their hands. He had told me they would be using the same windows on the original door for the new one, they were undamaged and I was really glad to hear this. It may seem a little weird but I was really happy to hear it because my dog had recently passed away and I had her last little nose prints on that window from our car rides. It may seem silly but I asked him if there was anyway they could avoid cleaning that window for that reason. Jordan made it his mission to make sure everyone in the shop working on my car, didn’t wipe or clean that inside window. I really appreciated his level of commitment to the customer and the work done on my car was seamless.

Work was perfectly done and on time. There was thing I did not like but it's small thing. A small scratch on the back drivers side door. Joe offered to fix it and I just did it myself.
