I’ve always had really good service at Caliber Collisions in TX, CA, AZ where I have lived, and now IL. I’m fact, all were exceptional except for one in TUS that was “good” but problematic so not “exceptional”. Your team was exceptional. Nothing to improve on.

Came because Skokie location recommended by friend. Did not disappoint. Excellent service from start to finish. Received regular updates. Polite and very helpful staff. Easy to get rental car and convenient to drop off at site. My car looks like new! Only feedback is that I don’t know if they used OP.
