Hi- even though we wait in line to get our car fixed, my fix took 3weeks for them to even get started. I asked for some extra work done to my bumper Day 1, they ignored my request till the very end only to say pretty much say no and give me an over inflated quote. And even though I bumped my head and did have them do some extra work for me? It would probably take em 3months. But thank you.

I realize that Alfred was off for his wedding, I just wish that someone had called to update me during the week; I called on Friday and Rinn was most helpful and efficient. Staff is very nice. Tony had to pick me up and take me to Caliber in order for me to pick up my car as the rental car had a slow leak in a tire, and he was most delightful.
