It was a very nice experience from the initial consultation to the pick up of my car. Allison and Maedea were very pleasant and friendly, making sure that I understood the whole process of making my car pretty again. The communication back and forth with Allison was top notch, even thou I had to travel to another country.

Battery was dead. Issues with truck and car beeping was battery jumped. Manager very disrespectful and making incorrect and judgmental comments. Repairs don’t line up fully with what’s on the statement

Would never send to Chalfont office as manager was very unprofessional. Could recommend elsewhere though a very sour taste overall from whole process

Battery was dead, then once jumped there were issues with car beeping and truck unusable. Manager very demeaning and made inappropriate, judgmental comments at Chalfont office. Many of the car repair line items do not match up with what was physically done on car. This experience was extremely disappointing

Manager made comments insisting complaining when all that was stated was a truthful the battery was dead and then issues after it was jumped. He also lied about the battery being end of life, saying it was from 2013. Meanwhile the car is a 2017 and battery was just replaced 2.5 years ago. Also made up another response just to get me to leave. It was very unprofessional and untruthful

My son was thrilled when he saw his completed vehicle and so excited to drive it again! They did a beautiful job and it looked better than new. Customer service is great and I would totally recommend this business for any collision repairs.
