My car was taken in and completed very quickly! It looks as good as new. The detailing was a nice surprise and was done very well. Allison was very kind and Madea provided me with updates. Sergyiou was professional and the technicians did great work. I would recommend this place to anyone

The work done on the car was great Ave I have no complaints about that. However the car was returned to me completely filthy inside. All the surfaces including the dashboard and center console were covered in gritty dust that I could probably write my name in. It seemed almost like the doors were left open while in the shop and it got coated with shop dust or something. I wiped most of it down at this point but I generally keep my car quite clean and I know it wasn't dirty like that when I brought it to the shop.

The body work was done great but my car was filthy inside when I received it back. It looked like the doors were left open while they were sanding another car or something.. All surfaces were coated with a heavy gritty dust. I usually keep my car super clean, so this was very disappointing. I spent the weekend deep cleaning my car.

Caliber was not my first choice. Progressive directed me to them as a preferred vendor. I would have preferred to use a smaller shop with better customer service and responsiveness.

The job was great I am missing a hubcap😢 The lady said they where going to replace insiste and out the body looks great like new , jus don’t promise something and don’t deliver also I think they where using my car because there where parts of another vehicle in my trunk. Make sure to have the car empty of your things before we pick it up.
