The job was great I am missing a hubcap😢 The lady said they where going to replace insiste and out the body looks great like new , jus don’t promise something and don’t deliver also I think they where using my car because there where parts of another vehicle in my trunk. Make sure to have the car empty of your things before we pick it up.

Was not informed of delay until day of, earlier communication would have been great since drop-off arrangements had already been made. Otherwise customer service was fantastic and repairs look good.

Very frustrating experience with Caliber Collision. Communication was okay, but the constant delays and missed pickup dates were extremely disappointing. Wrong parts were ordered on numerous occasions ,fitment issues kept pushing the completion date back. I understand repairs can have problems, but repeatedly being told different pickup dates and reordering parts made the process stressful and inconvenient. Expected much better organization and service.
