When I picked up the vehicle yesterday I pointed out an issue with the right muffler being about a half inch off. The person I met with told me to bring it in tomorrow, 4/3 for a technician to look at it as they were already gone for the day. It is going to need to be fixed. I’ll be over tomorrow morning, 4/3/2026.

inside of my car was extremely dirty- I left with more vehicles issues then I came into from the accident

after I contacted the office and the manager they did not seem to care that I had to clean the inside of my car for two hours-nor where they concerned that I was having issues with parking brake reduction whatever that is that I n=did not have when i dropped off the car from the accident

The only thing I would change is being more flexible in dropping off the car for repairs. I feel it would be better just to be able to drop off the car and go instead of adhearing to appointment times.
