Chris and the team at caliber did a wonderful job from start to finish. The whole process was made incredibly easy and I was kept up to date along the way. The fix was done in a weeks time and came in under what I was expecting to pay. Overall incredible experience and will be using them again should it be necessary!

Chris was absolutely fabulous to deal with! Made the entire process smooth from start to finish. They assisted me in getting my rental car (and kept calling when Enterprise had me waiting over 45 minutes for pick up). He kept me informed throughout the whole process and made drop off and pick up very easy. My car got done faster than I was told so I appreciate that too!

Through the difficulties of not being sure we would be able to get our car back for our daughter before leaving for vacation, Chris was an outstanding representative for your company as he kept us updated and went out of his way to continue to give updates throughout the process. Definitely would recommend caliber and Chris would be the person that I would be sure that I told them to ask for! And the car came back cleaner and shinier than it’s ever been before as well!
