My hood was left open . Wasn't aware drove for days with my hood moving & shaking as I drove on the turnpike & highway multiple times at 80 miles an hr. It could have flown up. No one went over my car & repairs when I picked it up. And there was marks on my left front panel above tire that were absolutely from the deer weather from the antlers that were not included or touched or buffed out. All my damage was in that area so to not do anything is ridiculous. We also told the girl at drop off. Very disappointed will not use you again. Will stick to Colmar location if we ever need in future and decide to go with Caliber.

I was really impressed with the amount of communication. What was really impressive out of all was how much Madea (sorry, spelled it phonetically) invested in helping me out. State Farm was telling me false information and she helped me wade through the final step in the repair of my car.

The results of the work are very good but the process was long and could have been more efficient so I would not have needed to pay for a rental car for almost a month.

Poor craftsmanship quality. The fitting of the bumper and hood was amateur. Ride quality was significantly decreased after wheel, and wheel well components were replaced.
